Holcot
Holcot is a Typical Favell Homes Project involving a large detached House with a large garden positioned in the lovely village of Holcot.
The site already had planning but didn’t match our high design standards, it was decided to go back to planning to redesign the scheme, this took considerable time and effort on our part, involving various discussions with the parish council and local neighbours, redesigning the scheme to meet various concerns. We finally got the planning permission through delegated powers for four large 4 bed houses over three floors, the houses incorporated large breakfast diners with a large glazed glass sky light over the kitchen area. the main house was demolished and the 1 year build program began. The houses were all sold off plan prior to completion.
