The Green, Pattishall  development is in the heart of this beautiful and peaceful Northamptonshire village on a quiet village lane.

The development presented one major obstacle it was on a steep bank, the logistics of delivering this site seemed somewhat daunting, but with some engineering calculations and 180 lorry loads of soil excavated from the site, we delivered these fantastic stone and Victorian brick houses which fit seamlessly into the local language of the village. The result is quality dwellings in what seemed an undeliverable site. The dwellings are well designed, 4 bedroom houses with a large open plan kitchen breakfast room which incorporated a seamless glazed sky light.

The village also didn’t have a gas supply so the houses were built using the latest air source heating technology, making the houses green and economical to run.
